PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy explains how we, Mobbi Sweden AB, org. no.: 559292-5456, address: FLÖJELBERGSGATAN 3A, 431 35, Mölndal, Sweden, use your personal data when we (a) provide general and personal offers to you as a member and (b) carry out transactions according to our terms and conditions.
As a member of mobbi.store, you have access to general member offers, which give you member benefits, as well as personal offers tailored to your specific purchasing behavior, interests and preferences.
Our loyalty program is available to anyone who is at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use the loyalty program services together with your parent or guardian/guardian.

Mobbi Sweden AB, org. no.: 559292-5456, address: FLÖJELBERGSGATAN 3A, 431 35, Mölndal, Sweden, e-mail: info@mobbi.se (‘mobbi.store’) provides the website mobbi.store, or another domain that we designate, where you can make purchases of our products according to our terms of purchase.
mobbi.store offers general member offers and personal member offers on selected products to you who have registered and become a member of mobbi.store.
This privacy and personal data policy (‘the Policy’) explains mobbi.store’s handling of our customers’ personal data when they make purchases on mobbi.store, as well as our members’ personal data when they use our loyalty program. It also describes their rights regarding their personal data in accordance with the EU
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy is aimed at both you who are a member of mobbi.store and you who, without necessarily being a member, make purchases on mobbi.store.
We at mobbi.store are aware that the management of your privacy and your personal data is an ongoing responsibility, which is why this policy will be updated when our handling of your personal data changes. You will be informed of these changes via publication on this website, email or text message.
OUR PRINCIPLES
We will do our best to protect your privacy by using appropriate technical security solutions. This means that:
- We will ensure that we have appropriate and sufficient security measures in place to protect your data.
- We will ensure that any external partners we work with who process your personal data have appropriate and sufficient security measures in place.
- We will respect your privacy. You will only receive marketing (by email, post, text message or telephone) from us and from other organisations that we have carefully selected.
- We will be clear about when you can choose which services and mailings you want to receive; for example, there are boxes that you can uncheck when you no longer want to receive marketing from us or our partners. In some situations, we may still need to send you emails or text messages with information or questions regarding your membership.
- We will collect and use individual personal data only when we have your permission, or when we have legitimate reasons for the processing, such as to administer your membership.
- We will be clear about what information we collect about you and how we use it.
- We will use personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected, and we will ensure that the deletion of the information takes place in a secure manner.
If we at staging.mobbi.store, or any of our partners, transfer any information outside the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA), this will only be done with the application of relevant security measures.
PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
staging.mobbi.store collects personal data from you when you use the services. This personal data can be divided into two categories: personal data that you provide to us, and personal data that becomes available to us when you use the services.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone and we only share it with our service partners who help us provide the services to you. Read more about this below in section 5.
Personal data that you provide to us: When you create a member account, we will ask you to provide your email address. In order to make a purchase, you will also need to provide your name, postal address and telephone number. If you want to pay by invoice or pay in installments, you will also need to provide your social security number. This information is necessary for us to be able to deliver products to you, as well as provide you with information about your orders.
Personal data that you make available to us when you use the services: When you are logged in to your member account on staging.mobbi.store, we at staging.mobbi.store will be able to see your preferences and your history. We will be able to see which products and services you show interest in, which types of products you buy, and also which products you put in your shopping cart but then remove from the shopping cart again. We will save and use this information for the purposes listed in section 4. When you make purchases as a visitor, without being a member, we will have access to your purchasing behavior on our website.
Your communication with staging.mobbi.store: If you communicate with us via email, post or any other form of communication, we may save this correspondence and including information (such as name, email address, contact information and all personal information you provide in the message) and use it to respond to or handle your matter.
If you do not want to provide us with your personal information: The processing of your personal information for the purposes explained in this policy is a prerequisite for you to be able to become a member of staging.mobbi.store and/or for you to be able to make purchases with us. If you do not share this personal data, you will not be able to become a member of our customer club and receive offers and discounts, regardless of whether you accept the general terms and conditions or not. You will also not be able to make purchases without providing certain information that we need to complete the purchase.
HOW AND WHY WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Introduction We use information we collect about our customers and users for four main reasons:
- To operate our business and provide (including improving and customizing) the services and products we offer.
- To provide personalized services to individual users.
- To send communications, including promotions, to our customers and users.
- To market services and display advertising on our own services and websites supported by advertising.
For these reasons, we combine data we collect to provide you with a smoother, more consistent, and personalized experience. To enhance the protection of your privacy, we have built in technical and organizational safeguards designed to prevent certain combinations of data. Below you will find a list of each purpose for which we process your personal data and how these purposes are fulfilled.
Management of your membership and delivery of your purchased products
In order to deliver your ordered products, we use your name and postal address, and in order to provide you with relevant information, as well as to contact you regarding your orders, we use your telephone number and email address. Information regarding your orders may, for example, include information about when your delivery has been sent from our warehouse, when it is available for collection at a collection point or any technical problems or delays. We will also use your email address and telephone number to send you newsletters about the services. staging.mobbi.store will also inform you when offers are about to expire. You can deactivate such types of news and information mailings at any time by going to Settings in your member account at staging.mobbi.store.
Simplification of payment
You have the option, when you fill in your payment details when making a purchase, to save this information. This means that you do not have to fill in your payment details every time you make a purchase, which will make your shopping experience with staging.mobbi.store easier and smoother. If you choose to save your payment details, these are stored in a secure database. You can change or delete these details at any time, and they will then disappear from our systems.
Personalised services
If our products and services contain customised features that automatically tailor your experience based on our data about your activities, purchase history, interests and, where we have obtained your consent or are supported by law or agreement, also your location. The data is analysed and grouped with the support of our analysis function for the selection, prioritisation and planning of contacts with the customer/user so that you receive personalised services and offers that you may be interested in. One or more markers are linked to the data about the type of adaptation of web services and marketing communications aimed at the user, so-called personalisation.
Personalized offers
We collect and process information about your purchase history and purchasing behavior for the specific purpose of designing and offering you personalized discounts and offers based on what we believe you are interested in. On My Pages, you can choose to deactivate these offers from being sent to you. On our websites, you will still receive offers based on your purchasing behavior.
Marketing and advertising
We use data you provide to our companies when registering for a membership account, data we collect when you make purchases and use our services and websites to provide you with relevant marketing and display advertising that you may be interested in when you visit our websites and subscribe to our newsletters. What you do when you are logged in to your member account in staging.mobbi.store gives us at Mobbi Sweden AB a picture of your preferences, and we want to be able to show you precisely the products and services that we believe you would have been interested in. For this reason, we save and process information about which products and services you are viewing, which types of products you buy and which products you put in the checkout but then take out of the checkout again. We may also send you advertising based on your geographical location. Based on these different types of information, we will send advertising to your email address, your postal address or via SMS and/or show you relevant advertising when you are on staging.mobbi.store. If you do not want to receive direct marketing via email or SMS, you can always go to Settings and opt out. If you choose to opt out of receiving interest-based advertising, this does not mean that you will no longer see advertising on our websites, but that the advertising that is shown will not be relevant to you.
WHEN AND HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH OTHERS
It may sometimes be necessary for us to share your information with other companies that perform services on our behalf (such as hosting our servers or providing support services) so that we can provide you with our services.
Where we share information about you with others, we have ensured that these companies comply with our data protection requirements and they are not permitted to use the personal information they receive for any other purpose.
In order to provide you with the services, we may share your personal information with our business partners (i.e. companies we have engaged to provide customer support, transport services for your goods or help protect and secure our systems) who have been instructed by us to process your information on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, this policy and other appropriate privacy and security measures. We may also disclose personal information as part of a joint transaction, such as a merger or sale of assets.
When you enter your card details to pay for a purchase, we will share this payment information with banks and other companies that process such transactions or provide other financial services, as well as for fraud protection and security purposes.
Finally, we may need to disclose or retain your information when we believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with the law, legal process, government decisions or court orders and provide information to police and other competent authorities.
- Be able to enforce our general terms and conditions and/or other agreements.
- Protect our customers, for example to prevent spam or fraud attempts, or to help prevent death or serious injury.
- Manage and maintain the security of our products, including preventing or stopping an attack on our systems or networks.
- Protect the rights or property of staging.mobbi.store, including enforcing the terms and conditions governing your use of the services, but if we receive information that someone is using our services to trade in stolen intellectual or physical property belonging to staging.mobbi.store, we will not investigate a customer’s private content ourselves, but we may then transfer the matter to a police authority.
YOUR RIGHTS
staging.mobbi.store complies with current data protection laws in the European Union, which, where applicable, include the following rights:
- You have the right to request a free extract of the register (as defined in the legislation) and access to a copy of your personal data, as well as request correction and, under certain circumstances, deletion of your personal data.
- You have the right to request restriction and object to the processing of your personal data that is based on our legitimate interests.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The Swedish Data Protection Authority is the authority in Sweden that supervises how we as a company comply with the legislation.
- If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent for future processing of your personal data at any time.
- You have the right to request that we transfer your personal data to another organization responsible for processing your personal data (personal data controller) in cases where our right to process your personal data is based either on your consent or the performance of a contract with you.
You will be given reasonable access to your personal data at no additional cost, if you request this via kundtjanst@mobbi.se. If we cannot provide you with access within a reasonable time frame, staging.mobbi.store will provide you with a date by which information can be provided. If such access is denied, we at staging.mobbi.store will explain to you why it is denied.
When we process your personal data, we do so in order to provide you with the products and services you use and have ordered, to operate our business, to comply with our contractual and legal obligations, to protect our systems and customers, or to fulfil the legitimate interests detailed in the sections “How and why we use your personal data” and “Reasons why we share your personal data” above. When we transfer personal data from the European Union, we do so based on a number of legal mechanisms, as described in the section “Retention of personal data”.
Information on your right to object under Article 21 of the GDPR (profiling, direct marketing)
- Processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to our processing of personal data concerning you based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (processing for the purposes of protecting our legitimate interests), which includes profiling based on these provisions within the meaning of Article 4(4) of the GDPR. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- Right to object to processing for marketing purposes In some cases, we process your personal data for direct marketing and telemarketing. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process your personal data for such purposes. If you choose to object to processing that includes profiling on your personal interests and behaviors, or to opt out of receiving interest-based advertising, this does not mean that you will no longer see advertising on our websites and services, but that the advertising that is displayed will not be tailored to you and therefore perceived as less relevant. There is no formal requirement to object. Where possible, please use our web form or contact us at kundtjanst@mobbi.se. Please note that if you request that we not contact you by email, we will keep a copy of that email address in our blacklist to ensure that you do not receive unsolicited email.
SECURITY MEASURES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION
To protect your privacy and the personal information you provide through your use of the Services, we maintain physical, technical, and administrative safeguards. We continually update and test our security. We limit access to your personal information to those employees who need to know the information to provide you with services and offerings. In addition, our employees are trained on the importance of confidentiality and maintaining privacy and security. We will take appropriate disciplinary action to ensure that our employees uphold their obligations regarding your personal information.
PERSONAL DATA RETENTION
Personal data processed by staging.mobbi.store may be stored and processed in the region where you live, in Sweden, or in other countries where staging.mobbi.store, its partners or suppliers operate. We take steps to ensure that data we collect under this Privacy Policy is processed in accordance with the provisions of this Policy and in accordance with applicable law where the data is located. If we were to transfer your personal data to a third country, i.e. a country outside the EU/EEA, we will enter into agreements and take other measures in accordance with applicable legal requirements. We store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to provide the services, or for as long as it is required to comply with our legal obligations. We will retain your data for as long as you are a member of staging.mobbi.store, and up to 24 months after you made your last purchase, or 24 months after you became inactive or chose to terminate your membership in staging.mobbi.store.
Criteria that determine the time for how long we store data can be, for example:
- How long is the personal data needed to provide the services? This includes, among other things, maintaining and improving the technical performance of the services, protecting our systems and administering necessary business and accounting information. This is the general rule that forms the basis for calculating most retention periods.
- Is the personal information of an especially sensitive nature? In this case, a shorter retention period is usually used.
- Have you, as a data subject, approved the use of a longer retention period? In this case, we store the information in accordance with your permission.
- Is staging.mobbi.store legally, contractually or otherwise obligated to store the information? Examples may include mandatory data retention laws in certain countries, such as accounting purposes, government orders to preserve data relevant to investigations, or data that must be retained for the purpose of resolving a dispute.

EXCLUDED
Aggregated Data
Aggregated data is collected and processed to track and evaluate user trends regarding the services. This means that information about your use of the services is collected and anonymized in a way that means that we can no longer connect the information to you. We use this anonymous information about how our members use the services for statistics, service improvement and product development of the services. This information will be completely anonymous and does not constitute personal data. Such information may therefore be stored longer than your personal data. Anonymization means that data that was once personal data is removed from that which can connect it to an individual, and is separated from that which may in the future make it possible to reconnect this data to an individual. This processing of data is a step further than the pseudonymization process, which means that certain information is kept separate to make it more difficult to identify a person to whom the data is connected. staging.mobbi.store will anonymize your personal data after 24 months of inactivity.
Third Party
This policy does not apply to personal information that you provide to another user through the Services or when you otherwise use third-party services such as messaging and payment services.
Children
staging.mobbi.store does not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit personal information through the Services. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children’s Internet use and to help enforce our privacy policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through the Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a minor under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information through the Services, please email us at info@mobbi.se where we will endeavor to remove that information from our databases.
CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
We will update our Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect customer feedback and changes to our services. When a policy is updated, the last updated date at the top of the policy will change and the changes will be described on the Change History page. If there are major changes to the policy or to how staging.mobbi.store uses your personal information, you will be notified via a web posting or email before the changes take effect to the extent required by law.
