PRICES AND PAYMENT
Each product is listed with a price including VAT. At checkout, the total price will include VAT, any applicable fees, and deducted discounts. VAT is not included for Norway.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver your package to the nearest delivery point with trackable shipping via our courier partners POSTNORD or DHL. Delivery time is 2–6 days.
Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link.
Every completed and approved order generates an automatic order confirmation.
The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation or delivery notice is an incorrect email address provided at checkout. Please also check your spam folder. If you experience any issues, contact us at kundservice@mobbi.se.
NOTE! Remember to pick up your package on time. If the package is returned to us as unclaimed, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 200 SEK to cover administrative costs.
REFUND POLICY

If the product needs to be sent back to us due to incorrect packaging or defective goods, wait for a free return shipping label.
As a customer, you are responsible for the product until it has been received by our return department. This means you bear the risk for any damage or loss of the product during the return shipment. Ensure the product is well-packaged.

DELIVERY DELAYS
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Normal deliverytimesare:
– Standard shipping method: 4–6 days for Sweden.
– Express shipping method: 1–3 days for Sweden.
– Express shipping method: 1–4 days for Europe.
If your order is delayed by more than 30 days from the order date, you have the right to cancel the purchase. We actively work to minimize such delays and will regularly update you on the status of your delivery.
